Ticket policy

• Tickets are non-refundable (except where applicable under relevant legislation / regulations), are non-transferrable and cannot be reproduced or resold.

• No replacement of lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.

• Pre-purchased tickets are considered to be those purchased online before midnight (12am) the day of the event.

• You agree you could be recorded and photographed and agree that we can use such recordings and photographs for marketing purposes.

• You understand you must comply with the rules of any venue at which an event is held by the organiser.
