We are a purpose led venture on a mission to empower local businesses and encourage consumers to localise spend, contributing 50% of pre-purchased patron ticket sales back to the community and proudly declaring 'NO!' to mass-produced stuff.
Our Stall holder criteria values quality, uniqueness, and locally made and/or ethical practices – traits that define your brand.
Products must be handcrafted, designed and ideally locally produced, showcasing your commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
Responsible waste management is important to us, so how you reuse or dispose of your waste is key.
Professionally presented finished products that align with our market's values and aesthetics.
Products must be priced well, ensuring an appealing offering for our patrons.Pictures of your stall setup and high-quality photos with detailed descriptions for your five hero products must be included in your application.

Applications will only be accepted for a full weekend of trade - we are not accepting single-day applications at this stage. The fees below are for the entire weekend (i.e. Saturday & Sunday) and not a per day fee.
GENERAL CATEGORIES
(Excludes Food/Beverage Trucks)
General category stalls are INDOORS
$429 + GST for a 2m wide x 2m deep stall
$629 + GST for a 4m wide x 2m deep stall
Powered sites incur an additional $100 + GST charge
Corner stalls are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. There is no additional charge for corner stall upgrades.
Food Trucks
Food Trucks are located OUTDOORS
$600 + GST per van
Powered sites incur an additional $100 + GST

Before starting the application
Please ensure you have the following:
A valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
Public liability insurance or the intention to obtain it at least 14 days before the market, with coverage of at least AUD 10 million.
Sufficient time to complete the application form in one sitting, as it cannot be saved as a draft.
You’ve assessed that your offering meets our criteria and is aligned to ethical and sustainable practices, including responsible waste management.
Next Steps
Once your application is received, you may be contacted for additional information to further assess your suitability for the market.
If your application is not approved, a refund will be issued to you for the application fee.
If your application is approved, an invoice for the full stall amount minus the application fee will be issued and must be paid in full within 14 days of issue to secure your spot
